I finally bought a new phone.
All I had ever wanted was a phone to communicate with family and friends, but that all changed after I began doing research on affiliate marketing and began to to not only see but also purchase products like Cell Phone Cash , Mobile Monopoly , and Local Mobile Fusion, these programs taught you how to advertise on a cell phone, and how to help local businesses attract more customers using their smart phones.
Then I began research for a new web site centered on learning on the internet. This opened up a whole new world to me. I began to realize that learning, and education itself, was changing radically and that mobile phones were playing a large part in that development.
I guess some of you may be thinking I am a little behind the times, you've had your Blackberry's to check your email for years. But, what I finally realized was that the device I used to keep in touch with family and friends, my cell phone, is probably going to be a thing of the past.
More importantly, if I was going to run an online business, really any business, a smart phone was going to be as important to its success as my computer, and it had to be part of the equation.
More on why later, but just so you know, I'm writing this post to my blog using my new Samsung Android.
I no longer have to have my lap top with me to write an entry and post to my websites, Facebook, Twitter, or Linkedin accounts.
Pretty cool!
