Blogger is an easy to learn and easy to use blogging tool. Like anything though it does take some practice and some trial and error to learn how do some of the things your want to do.
Blogger has recently gone through some changes and one of the first ones I noticed was that they changed the interface. At this you can use either interface but I think it would be wise to begin using the new interface so that you can learn it while because we don't know how long the old interface will be available.
